Great to do some Yoga after a gruelling Thigh breaking workout.. Even better is the massage at the end of all..

First Compliments...

started with Abs but with increased level of difficulty. Treadmill with increased resistance.Cross trainer with increased resistance..

Dilip (Trainer) was impressed with my stamina after a run on the treadmill :-)

workout for lower abs was very tiring and almost took be to breakpoint..

Geysers are still not working.. So cold shower again.. actually I am enjoying the cold shower..

Change of routine..

Started with Abs - crunches - 75
treadmill - 3 Km in 20 minutes, 245 cals ... best progress so far
cycle - 10 min , 150 cal
crunches - 40 more
cross trainer - 150 cal
crunches - 40 more ..

Absolutelt refreshing after a cold shower again .. looks like my training to retrire in the Himalayas will be completed here..

Mission Thighs..

the most dreaded day of the week.. all focus is on strengthening the thigh.. At the end of the workout you dont have the strength to walk. Climbing stairs feels easier than going down...

The best part is the massage at the end of the session... though ticklish , it relaxes your body...

tough day.. resistance levels increased to pusg further..
20 mins of treadmill
10 mins cycle

140 crunches .. I was almost dead at the end of it..

and streches... have a long long way to go before I can touch my feet...
